Job Description
– General affairs (payroll, attendance, other administrative documents, etc.)
– Application procedures to public offices
– Preparation of documents in English
– Support for various administrative procedures for shipment of manufactured goods (shoes and sandals)
– Support for arranging lodging and transportation for business travelers
– Support for inventory of materials and work in process and merchandise
– Other tasks assigned by the manager, or other supervisors.
Job Requirement
– Working experience as an Admin/HR for at least 1~3 year
– Able to read and write Good to Advanced level in English
– Able to communicate in Japanese. (Daily Conversation Level)
– Able to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
– Able to work in PPSEZ (Transportation available from RUPP to AOI).
Priority
– Experience working as a general manager in a garment or manufacturing factory.
– Preferably a resident near the PPSEZ area.
