Position Summary

The General Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing overall office administration and shipping/logistics operations at the Cambodia site.
This role acts as a key coordination point between the local office, Japan head office, overseas partners, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate shipment handling, and effective communication.

Working Conditions

  • Working Time: 7:30 – 16:30 (1-hour break)
  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

General Affairs / Administration

  • Manage daily office administration and general affairs operations
  • Maintain office facilities, supplies, and administrative records
  • Support staff management, attendance tracking, and internal coordination
  • Prepare reports and correspondence for the Japan head office
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Shipping / Logistics Management

  • Manage shipment schedules for printed materials and packaging products
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and customs brokers
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L)
  • Monitor delivery status and resolve shipping issues or delays
  • Ensure shipment accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the main contact between Cambodia office, Japan HQ, and overseas partners
  • Communicate via email and reports in Japanese and/or English
  • Support operational improvements related to administration and logistics

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in General Affairs or related roles
  • Advanced Japanese proficiency (N2 or N1 level required)
  • Strong PC skills (especially Word & Excel)
  • Good management and coordination skills
  • Able to work in Svay Rieng Province

Priority Consideration

  • Good to Advanced English
  • Preferably residing in Svay Rieng or Bavet

Language Requirements

  • Japanese: Advanced (N2–N1)
