Job Description
– Prepare and updating document for employees
– Ensure the compliance of company policy, regulation and the company rules
– Welcome, Introduction and orientation for new staffs
– Assists recruitment and selection process such as preparing job announcement and collect CV for further interview and selection process
– Follow up and check daily attendance and update daily attendance report
– Arrangement of labor insurance and social insurance and support for other procedures in accordance with Cambodian labor law
– Management of office supplies, purchasing, organizing, updating as needed, and inventory control.
– Management of work rules and procedures in accordance with Cambodian labor law
– Application, arrangement and renewal of visas and work permits for Japanese expatriates
– Arrangement of flights, hotels, cars, etc. for business travelers coming from Japan and neighboring countries
– Arrangement and renewal of contracts with outsourcing factories (Khmer language support, etc.)
– Bookkeeping, confirmation, and payment of expenses in accordance with head office regulations, such as weekly, monthly, etc.
– Assist in setting staff salaries, payroll calculation and payment
– Handle payroll processing, wage/salary administration, commission, bonus, fringe benefits, NSSF and etc.,
– Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts, keeping necessary documents and data entry
– Assist in handling audits and updating necessary documents
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English at an advanced level
– Must be able to communicate well with all parties involved, including foreign nationals
– Strong will to carry out work and be able to take a leadership role as a team player.
– Ability to respond flexibly, proactively, and flexibly to urgent, unforeseen, and inexperienced tasks.
– Able to use PC basic skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet) without problems
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting / business management or related field
– Minimum of 2 years GA/Accounting Experience as supervisor or higher level
– Working experience in an international company, especially in a Japanese one.
Priority
– Able to speak Japanese is an advantage.
