Job Description
This position mainly work on accounting tasks, but also includes management and training of Admin department staff as well as a General Manager.
– Manage the staffing of the admin department, hiring and training staff as needed.
– Establish internal regulations and create an internal environment that facilitates smooth operations.
– Prepare and instruct contracts and manage them to prevent problems from occurring.
– Encourage cooperation and maintain smooth relationships with each association
– Other duties as required.
Job Requirement
– Advanced level in Japanese, Good level in English
– PC skills: Ms. Office (Especially Excel), Internet, Email
– Able to Read and analyze the financial statement including the three financial tables work
– At least 3years of work experience as an accountant or admin management
– At least 3years Working experience in an international company
Priority

– Experience in general affairs management in a Japanese company
– Bachelor’s degree from an university in Japan or working experience in Japan is preferred.
