Job Description
– Overseeing the entire accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
– Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (VAS, IFRS, etc.).
– Managing cost accounting processes, including calculating cost of goods sold, analyzing manufacturing costs, and supporting product pricing.
– Developing and managing the factory’s budget and financial forecasts, collaborating with other departments.
– Ensuring that all financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
– Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
– Regularly reporting to the management and liaise with the head office and the site
– Other tasks assigned by the head office and the chief.
Job Requirement
– Able to communicate in English OR Chinese OR Japanese (multilingual is preferred)
– Have a sight of management level to oversee their business as a board member
– Around 5years of experience in accounting and general affairs
– Have experience in management role
– Computer skill Word, Excel, internet and email
– Flexible and good at team work and able to work overtime as needed
– Able to negotiate, liaise with the government and ministries.
Priority
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA, CMA, or ACCA is often preferred.
– Have experience in factory, especially in the garment sector
– Be passionate to be a manager, chief or the representative
– Able to guide, lead and maintain staff and workers with teamwork and leadership
– Well understanding the accounting work flow in a garment inspection sector
– Able to speak Japanese, Chinese more than Good level is a plus (salary increment considerable)
– Experience working in the large fashion inspection company is an advantage
– Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems), and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, etc).
