Job Description
1, Supervise and manage the front desk reception work during the shift to ensure high-quality and efficient service
2, Communicate effectively with employees, provide clear instructions, pay attention to employee performance and provide incentives
3, Manage the front desk and use sharp judgment and decisiveness to quickly resolve emergencies during duty
4, Provide warm and thoughtful service to customers, making them feel at home.
5, Check in guests according to reservations, check reservation information, ensure the completeness of the check-in form and the safety and effectiveness of payment methods.
6, Arrange rooms according to guests’ reservations or preferences and do detailed directory management, Ensure that guest file information and guest passport information are saved in a timely manner.
7, Ensure communication between the front desk and other departments, especially the housekeeping department, catering department, finance department, etc.
8, Maintain the accuracy of hotel computer system information data, facilitate system operation, ensure the normal operation of front desk operating equipment and the cleanliness of the work area.
Job Requirement
– Good level in English
– 1-2 years of work experience in hotel supervisor
– Good level in Chinese is an advantage
– Good at communication and customer service skills.
