TK31 Apartment
Apartment receptionists work at the front desk of an apartment building.
They are usually the first person that residents and visitors see when they enter the building;
1- Greet visitors,
2- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department,
3- Assist residents with questions or concerns,
4- Able to handle tenants with care, responsibilities and professionally,
5- Responsible for administrative tasks, such as helping prospective residents fill out a leasing application,
6- Scheduling, Assisting, Monitoring tenant’s move in and move out process,
7- Inventory Check in/ Check out,
8- Reminding residents about upcoming payments or lease renewals or other notifications,
9- Coordinating maintenance and repair requests,
10- Monitoring repair and maintenance work to ensure no further issue,
11- Reporting issues or complaints to management,
12- Writing informational memos or other correspondence to be distributed to residents,
13- Recording Utility meters,
14- Security surveillance through camera,
15- Monitoring guest access through camera,
16- Scheduling and quality check with maintenance and housekeeping work,
17- Daily check on staffs’ attendance and report staff’s leave form and other requests,
18- Organize all documentation properly,
19- Report daily works, issues, and progress to management,
20- Other duties such as purchase ordering, and Inventory control and other duties directed by management.
Candidate preference:
Freshly Graduate in Business Management, English Language, Hospitality or related fields.
Language: English ability to communicate with foreigner and write.
Working Hour:
Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM -12:00PM and 1PM-5PM
