Job Description

– Perform search engines, networking, direct visit, and identify potential prospects and lead generation to increase leasing volume
– Approach, engage, collaborate, build and maintain strong relationship with prospect and leasing customers
– Provide vehicle test drive, product presentation, leasing terms and conditions, understand customer’s needs and assist customers to select a vehicle meets their operation needs, based on factors such as price, mileage allowance, number of seatbelts and their requirement
– Engage with prospect to understand their requirements, preferences, competitors status, budget and other key information
– Prepare procurement proposal, documents and join the (online) procurement in a timely manner and within the deadline
– Prepare Car Rental Service Quotation and Car Rental Service Agreement, renewal contract in a timely basis and keep for record and database
– Perform vehicle delivery, sold-out documentation, payment collection, and post-sales follow up to customers
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market situation, leasing vehicle price, competitor’s offering and stock situation, industry development and our owe product and service knowledge and propose idea to gain competitive advantage
– Maintain good customer database, and update from time to time to ensure data accurate in system
– Support in preparing and reviewing terms and conditions in service agreement
– Join in sales-related events and networking to build networking and enhance skills knowledge
– Perform duty in compliance to company rule, regulation and maintain high ethical standard and professionalism in all actions
– Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

– Preferable Bachelor of Marketing/ Business Management/ related fields
– At least 1 years experiences in car rental/leasing business/insurance
– Good organizational, flexible, and hands-on attitude
– Pleasant personality, honest, and initiative
– Must obtain driving license with a good driving skills
– Having good knowledge in B2B, B2C and online procurement is a plus
– Good written communication in Khmer and English
– Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Browser
– Like to read and watch vehicle’s review and procurement policy.
