Job Description
– Raise awareness and ensure department compliance with company policies, guidelines; standard financial operating procedures, and tax requirements
– Work closely with sales and operation teams in the management of pricing, discounts, and collection
– Facilitate, review, design, and implement effective business processes for revenue optimization, revenue assurance, and costs management
– Prepare regular sales and costs performance reports for management and finance teams.
– Provide business and financial analysis on the performances of all projects, recommend new initiatives, propose cost optimization opportunities, and investigate the variances.
– Assist in department planning and budgeting.
– To perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
– BBA in management (human resources management is a plus),
– At least 5 years of experience working with the related areas,
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Professional qualifications in management, and leadership,
– Good command of English, both writing and speaking
– Proven ability to demonstrate urgency and customer-focus oriented attitude,
– Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously,
– Proven evidence to move fast, be patient, and result-driven,
– Demonstration of high level of integrity and professionalism,
