Job Description
The duties of this position is to manage proper daily, monthly and yearly finance and accounting transactions and reports and assist the Finance & Accounting Manager.
General task:
– Gathering and monitoring financial data
– Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
– Manage daily finance and accounting transactions.
– Other tasks assigned by management.
Accounting & Finance:
– Manage daily bookkeeping by following the accounting standard and account code provided by the finance and accounting manager.
– Recording daily transactions and preparing support documents.
– Check expenses and prepare payment requests.
– Coordinate with all departments for smooth operation of accounting and finance departments.
– Prepares and recommends procedures and policies by maintaining accounting controls.
– Collects and examines account information necessary to reconcile financial discrepancies.
Tax:
– Prepare monthly tax declaration for finance & accounting manager to check and review.
– Advises management on necessary operations to enforce adherence to legal requirements.
– Tax compliance
Job Requirement
– Enough level of English enough to work with foreign managers
– Good team worker
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
– Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and financial reporting software
– 2+ years experience with financial accounting systems, extraction of financial data, and data analysis
– Understand Cambodia taxation system, bookkeeping and tax compliance.
– Ability to work under extensive time constraints.
Priority
– Work experience in an automotive related industry or Interested in vehicles, brings energy, enthusiasm, and has a positive attitude to the job.
ACCA qualification
– Experience in Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, Ernst &Young, KPMG or PwC) or commercial banks
– Working experience under a foreign manager, especially in a Japanese company
