POSITION OVERVIEW: FINANCE/ACCOUNTING MANAGER
The Finance/Accounting Manager will provide strategic financial leadership, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. This role will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing critical insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability objectives
- Provide financial guidance to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate or capitalize
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead annual budget development and long-range financial plans
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, profitability, and trend analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to senior management
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage relationships with external auditors and complete annual audits successfully
Cash Flow and Working Capital Management:
- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital
- Monitor cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate liquidity
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
Panasonic Specifics:
- Ensure compliance with Panasonic’s financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Manage financial aspects of Panasonic’s partner programs and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- IQ score: 7/10 or higher
- Female preferred (male candidates considered if highly qualified)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management, with senior leadership exposure
- Proven track record in trading (import and distribution) business
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and modeling
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced Excel and English skills
PRIORITY / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience in a foreign-affiliated company
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience in electronic distribution is desired
- Experience studying or working abroad
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- 2–3 years of management experience preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
