JOB DESCRIPTION
– Visit retail partner shops to manage shop promoters about product knowledge, product display improvement, etc.
– Coordinate creating marketing materials like POP and boards for retail shops
– Work closely with advertising agencies on the quotation, production quality check at the site.
– Execute marketing campaign such as Khmer New Year promotion with advertising agencies
– Create and devise designs for catalogs and posters for events and promotions.
– Plan and track KPI/ROI for a marketing campaign performance.
– Organize marketing event/exhibition.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Willing to learn new things. Fast learner is wanted more than an experienced person.
– Bachelor’s degree in any field
– English proficiency at Advanced level
– PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel. Microsoft)
– Flexible thinker with good ideas and at the same time have time management and planning skills.
– Logical thinking skill and proper communication skill.
– Work experience for at least 2 years of offline marketing such as event coordinating, promotion or developing new ideas etc.
PRIORITY
– Good understanding of Consumer goods marketing
– Working experience in cosmetic or F&B or any consumer goods marketing field (event promotion in a supermarket, mall or retail shop etc.,)
– Work experience in an international company under foreigner boss
– Creative design skill using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
