Job Description
– Work with an outsourced recruitment company
– Work on promoter contract (Scope of Work, Job Description)
– Work with an outsourcing company (PISCAP) related to promoter mobile app management
– Manage training activities & schedule for shop front promoters about product knowledge, product
display & sale talk closing
– Coordinate creating point of sale marketing (POSM) materials like POP, catalogs, and leaflets for shopfront
– Report on all field marketing (FMK) activities including marketing campaign performance, demonstration,
display improvement, promoter sale talk role play, and others
Job Requirement
– Have a Bachelor Degree (Business Administration/ HR Management)
– Have experience related to Sales Management (Electronic Product Field or Consumer Electronic preferable)
– Have experience related to HR Management (Retail sale operation preferable)
– English proficiency for daily business communication
– Be able to report and present to Management and Team leader with self confident
– Good at Customer Relations & best communication with the local and foreigner
– Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & email)
– Good at team leading and training with proactive personality and strong initiative
– Independent person, Smart, Flexible and Leadership
– Be able to enjoy working at shopfront with promoters
– Good understanding of retail business/ Consumer Electronics Business (preferable)
– Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator (preferable)
– Be able to handle/plan the promoter activities (training, campaign, party and trip).
