Job Description
. Work with an outsourced recruitment company (HrInc)
. Work on promoter contract (Scope of Work, Job Description)
. Work with an outsourcing company (PISCAP) related to promoter mobile app management
. Work on promoter sale target, sale achievement, incentive calculation and claiming (to PSP)
. Manage training activities & schedule for shop front promoters about product knowledge, product display & sale talk closing
. Coordinate with MM related to sale staff training, promoter stand by allocation, live stream, etc.,
. Coordinate with promoter/ dealer rounder to conduct & support cooking/ beauty demonstrations both indoor & outdoor
. Report on all field marketing (FMK) activities including marketing campaign performance, demonstration,
display improvement, promoter sale talk, role play & others
Job Requirements
. Have a bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration/ HR Management)
. Have experience related to Sales Management (Consumer electronic product preferable)
. Have experience related to HR Management (Retail sale operation preferable)
. English proficiency for daily business communication
. Be able to report and present to management and team leader with self-confident
. Good at customer relations & best communication with local and foreigner
. Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & email) (Prioritise for Inter/Advance Excel)
. Good at team leading and training with a proactive personality and strong initiative
. Independent person, smart, flexible, and a leadership
. Be able to enjoy working at the shopfront with promoters
. Good understanding of retail business/ Consumer Electronics Business (preferable)
. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator (preferable)
. Be able to handle/plan the promoter activities (training, campaign, party, and trip
Priority
– Good understanding of Consumer goods marketing.
