POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking Field Investigator / Field Collector Staff to join our team in Prey Veng.
These roles are vital in supporting our loan approval and repayment processes through accurate customer assessments and effective debt collection.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit customers to analyze businesses, financial factors, and repayment sources.
- Prepare credit investigation reports for management.
- Arrange meetings with customers and related parties.
- Confirm and document customer houses and business locations.
- Communicate with authorities or neighbors for verification.
- Ensure accuracy of collected data.
- Submit daily investigation reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information (CBC, business, income, and personal documents).
Field Collector Tasks
- Call and visit overdue customers at their addresses, workplaces, or businesses.
- Contact relatives, friends, or guarantors to resolve overdue payments.
- Develop plans to handle late payments and execute follow-ups.
- Take necessary legal actions for unresolved overdue cases.
- Repossess assets and manage debt collection as required.
- Record activities (calls and visits) in JMC system and Excel.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum high school graduate; university students are welcome.
- Able to drive a motorbike (must have a valid license).
- Basic English reading and writing skills (no need for speaking).
