Job Description
– Oversee all aspects of operations, including menu development, front-of-house management, and store expansion.
– Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
– Set and achieve budgeted targets for food sales, beverage sales, labor costs, and profitability.
– Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.
– Reporting to the store managers and other related department or management team as needed
– Staff training on site
– Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues effectively.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales for F&B services.
– Other duties as required.
Job Requirement
– Any nationality acceptable (ENG skill is a must)
– Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– At least 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with proven success in managing teams effectively
– Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to create win-win solutions with partners and suppliers.
– Have Japanese cultural relation, such as work experience in a Japanese company
– English proficiency for business use
– Good understanding of manners to interact appropriately with customers.
– Excellent communication skills
– Expected to stay in Cambodia for a long period of time.
