Job Description
– Interaction with the government
– Making sure and checking the products before delivering outside of the factory
– Material inventory control, management of purchase orders from Japan, delivery date response, or production control
– Response to the head Office in Japan by emails about the shipment
– Making and updating input-output report
– Making and updating the production and stock report
– To manage the team of factory staffs
– To ensure health & safety rules are observed, especially to prevent any fire risks / robbery / unhealthy behavior
– Other jobs as required by Manager
Job Requirement
– Can speak Japanese or holders JLPT:N3, N2, N1
– Have experience as a factory manager
– Able to speak and write Japanese at a Good to Advance
– Able to understand easy English at a Basic level
– Not a job hopper
– Have experience of Interaction with the government
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Internet, E-mail.
Priority
– Able to speak English at a basic to good level
– Working experience in a warehouse/factory
– Working in one company for more than 3 years
– Bachelor’s degree of Business Management/ Administration.
