Job Description
– Interaction with the government
– Making sure and checking the products before delivering outside of the factory
– Material inventory control, management of purchase orders from Japan, delivery date response, or production control
– Response to the head Office in Japan by emails about the shipment (Import , Export)
– Making and updating input-output report
– Making and updating the production and stock report
– To manage the team of factory staffs
– To ensure health & safety rules are observed, especially to prevent any fire risks / robbery / unhealthy behavior
– Other task as required by Cambodia Manager and Japanese Manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese or holders JLPT:N3, N2, N1 (Including reading and writing)
– 2+ years experience in marketing
– Experience using design tools such as Canva etc., (with portfolio preferred)
– English at a good level
– Interested in Japanese cosmetics
– Able to work in a start-up phase
– Able to work flexibly with others and have teamwork.
– Good communication skill.
