JOB DESCRIPTION

[ Logistics Planning ]
– Evaluate Local transportation company/Forwarder/Shipping company and selection

[ Parts Logistics Operation Management ]
– Receiving shipping plan
– Transportation between Sea/Airport and Plant
– Customs declaration(Sea / Air Cargo)
– Container Yard Status & Location Control
– Export Customs clearance and report to related parties.

[ Emergency countermeasures ]
– Create recovery plan for vessel delay/Air plane delay/Local Transportation delay.

[ Parts Quality ]
– Communication window for Container damage/Sea accident claim
– Create Invoice for compensation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

– Have a valid drivers’ license or willing to take it
– Experience in international trading or logistics business
– Working experience as a supervisor or assistant management duties
– Advanced English
– Computer literacy able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
– Excellent communication skills to work closely with related parties and have confidence in physical strength
– Work experience in an international company with a foreign manager.
– Knowledge about logistics in Cambodia, especially export tasks.
– Have abilities to use Excel at least intermediate level.
– Understand about custom declaration and custom duty tax calculation.
– Have the ability to check the custom clearance documents.

PRIORITY

– Work experience in an automotive related industry
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Able to speak in Japanese is an advantage
– Have experiences as factory (Company side) logistic such as CDC application, Form-D usage, CO application etc.
