Job Description

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide a warm and welcoming customer experience, delivering detailed information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ticketing Management: Efficiently process ticket issuance and ensure seamless customer service throughout the ticketing process.
• Financial Accuracy: Manage operational costs and accurately verify demonstration invoices.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing effective solutions.
• Promotional Support: Participate in the implementation and promotion of various promotional programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and cost reports to superiors and relevant departments.
• Market Research: Contribute to market analysis by participating in customer and competitor surveys.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required; a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including expert-level skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook (efficient email management, calendaring).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, think strategically, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated integrity, proactivity, and a collaborative work style.
• Comprehensive expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Sabre, for efficient booking, ticketing, and itinerary management.
• Thorough mastery of essential travel industry codes, including precise application of City Codes, Airport Codes, and Airline Codes for accurate communication and system utilization.
