Job Description
• Manage & handle tour operation of the assigned destinations
• Handle MICE & TSP customized tour quotations and other special requirement tours
• Work with all land/ suppliers to have a competitive cost advantages, favorable terms and condition
• Participate in tour inspection for the effective product development
• Control tour cost-effectively and prepare monthly tour cost calculation
• Deal with problems in tour operation
• Conduct tour product training (Destination Op., tour service, TL & Event & Marketing Team)
• Prepare weekly tour quotations & monthly tour cost report
• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
• BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good command of communication in both Khmer & English, Chinese is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism, possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.
