Job Description
– Create ESH policy with other staff and conduct training for all employees.
(Schedule periodic implementation, document implementation)
– Create Risk Assessments with other staff members for each area of the company. (updated once a year)
– To ensure health & safety rules and Environment Management System are observed, especially to prevent any fire risks / robbery / unhealthy behavior.
– Created and reviewed a checklist of actual daily onsite activities.
– Identify hazardous areas and issues at the site and create a prevention action plan.
– Attend ESH-related seminars as needed.
– Audit subcontractors for compliance with HSE systems and procedures
– Maintain accident statistics, analyses trends and propose and take remedial actions where necessary
– Ensure that all critical activities are risk assessed and control measures are applied before execution
[ Inventory Control ]
– To manage and control the stock
– To maintain the inventory system including inventory report to the Operation Department.
– To control the disposal of waste
– To maintain the warehouse in neat, tidy, good and safe condition.
– To perform other duties assigned.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English at Good level
– Able to use Microsoft office and calculate well
– Able to work in PPSEZ for a long term
– Working experience in a factory and understand the working environment and the operation basically
Priority
– Able to speak English at an Advanced level
– Working experience in a garment industry especially in a Japanese company
– Working experience as an ESH officer or Inventory control officer
