Job Description
– Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
– Managing budgets and time for projects and report to the project manager
- Supervising the work of multiple teams
– Research and develop designs and products
– Determine the need for training and talent development
– Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
– Check their teams work for technical accuracy
– Coordinate work with other managers and staff
– Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
– Working on-site to supervise and manage the progress, at clients businesses or in a site office.
– Other tasks assigned by the project manager.
Job Requirement
– Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
– Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
– Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
– Able to speak English at an Advanced level
– Have a high responsibility, trustful and detail oriented personality
– Working experience in a same company more than 2 years and able to work for 3 years (until their project ends)
– 1~3 years of working experience for one project
– More than 3 projects experience
– Working experience on an international project or in an international company (especially Japanese, Korean or French company)
Priority
– Working experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
– Relevant training and/or certifications as an Engineering Manager
– Working experience in a Japanese company
– Experience in civil engineering and construction of irrigation canals.
