Position Summary:
The Documentation Assistant is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining import and export shipping documents, coordinating with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
• Prepare and process import and export shipping documents accurately.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers regarding shipment documentation.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and customs regulations.
• Monitor shipment status and provide document updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate filing and electronic records of shipping documents.
• Assist in preparing customs clearance documents when required.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support the Operations and Sales teams with administrative documentation tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping documentation (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of import/export documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
