Job Description
• Develop and lead strategic initiatives across all functional support units (HR, Finance, Legal, Admin, IT, etc.).
• Build and maintain an effective organizational structure to ensure high-performance support functions.
• Drive digital transformation and system integration to improve operational efficiency across the company.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess and meet their operational needs and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and relevant legal requirements.
• Monitor performance KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead cost control initiatives, risk management strategies, and process optimization programs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
• Mentor and develop the functional leadership team, building capabilities for long-term growth.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the tech or corporate services sector.
• Proven track record of managing multiple functional departments.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, budgeting, compliance, and organizational
