Job Description
– Analyze the information gathering behavior and interests of target audiences (contractors, design firms, etc.) on SNS
– Understand trends, latest technologies, and policies in the construction industry and reflect them in SNS content
– Develop account strategies considering the characteristics of each SNS and target audience
– Create videos and posters that clearly explain construction tool functions, benefits, tool Create videos and images that clearly explain the functions, benefits, use cases, and usage of construction tools
– Plan and create content to increase engagement, such as new promotions
– Consider ways to improve content based on user feedback and comments on posts

– Proactively reply to comments on posts and DMs, and politely answer questions and requests
– Increase customer satisfaction and improve brand image
– Other tasks assigned by managers.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English at daily conversation level
– Working experience in digital marketing, SNS content creation for 2 years up
– Cheerful and open minded personality
– Have a teamwork and hard working personality
– Able to use MS Office, Canva, Illustrator etc.
– Have a Portfolio.
