Job Description

Digital Marketing Campaign Management:
– Develop, implement, and manage full-scale digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
– Create and optimize digital content to ensure maximum engagement and reach.
– Oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging.
– Manage Web SEO/SEM initiatives to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
– Execute and monitor programmatic digital advertising campaigns.

Team Management and Development:
– Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
– Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
– Identify training and development needs for team members and provide appropriate training and mentorship.

Digital Innovation and Optimization:
– Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
– Utilize digital campaign management platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
– Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.

Collaboration and Coordination:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Budget Management:
– Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
– Track and report on the ROI of digital marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
– Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
– Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Priority

– Experience in e-commerce or related industries.
– Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
– Familiarity with Campaign Management System and Digital Lead Management Process.
