Position Summary


The Digital Marketing Manager reports directly to the Chairman and leads the company’s video content and social media strategies. The role focuses on end-to-end production of high-quality video content using tools like CapCut to enhance brand authority across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Responsibilities include managing Facebook page growth, executing paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive video content and social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Lead planning, recording, and editing of high-quality video content using smartphones and CapCut
  • Oversee creation of promotional videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Direct and manage personal branding video initiatives to strengthen online visibility
  • Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook pages, including content calendars, community management, and audience engagement
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Establish content guidelines, workflows, and best practices for video production and social media management
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business strategy
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Mentor, guide, and supervise junior content creators or social media staff (if applicable)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Open to both genders
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
  • Experience managing Facebook pages and boosting posts is an advantage
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual presentation skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently

 

  • Language Requirements
    Good English, Advanced English

Working Conditions

  • Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday
