Job Description
– Social Media Management: Oversee and manage multiple social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging & engagement, be a champion to safeguard the brand social
reputation.
– Content Planning: Work closely with Sales department and GM to develop and execute monthly content plans in advance for review and input from internal team before executing to align content with campaigns and business goals.
– Community Management & Customer Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from customers across social media platforms to maintain a strong brand-community relationship and enhance customer experience.
– Content Creation: Directly involved in creating content. This includes the creation of blog posts, social media content, website copy, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
– Trend Monitoring & Insights: Stay updated with social media trends and evolving digital landscapes to optimize content and engagement strategies.
– Strategic Report: Provide analytical report with insights to enhance the brand’s digital presence and maintain a competitive edge.
– Evaluate important metrics that affects brand’s digital channels & target audiences.
– Collaborating with Stakeholders: Working closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure that creative work effectively addresses those needs.
– Presenting Creative Concepts: Effectively communicating creative ideas and strategies to team and internal stakeholders, presenting work and explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.
– Repurposing: Repurpose existing content for new formats by generating creative ideas and concepts.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
(An MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.)
– Strong Creative Vision: Ability to develop innovative and impactful creative concepts.
– Content Creation: Proficient in using content creation tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite with the creativity and storytelling ability across different formats (video, text, graphic).
– At least 2-year-experience in digital marketing, especially social media management position
– Content Management: Experience managing contact across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more.
– Excellent English and Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate creative ideas, present work effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Deep Understanding of Advertising and Marketing: Knowledge of different advertising channels, marketing strategies, and best practices.
Priority
– Video editing and motion graphic skills are a plus.
– Exceptional Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
– Work Autonomously: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage end-to-end content creation without supervision.
– Work experience in an international company under a foreign boss
