Job Description
*Client Relationship Management:
– Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
– Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and market landscape to proactively identify opportunities for growth and partnership.
– Lead regular client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
– Manage client expectations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
*Digital Strategy & Planning:
– Develop and present comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, covering channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display, Video, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and potentially Website Development/UX.
– Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Media Planners, Creative, Analytics, Project Managers) to translate strategies into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution.
– Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the Cambodian market, to provide innovative solutions.
*Account Growth & Revenue Generation:
– Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing client relationships.
– Prepare compelling proposals, scope of works, and budget estimations for new projects and campaigns.
– Monitor account profitability and ensure campaigns are delivered on budget and timeline.
*Team Leadership & Mentorship:
– Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Account Managers and/or Digital Strategists, fostering their professional development.
– Oversee workflow, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain effective communication across teams.
– Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
*Performance & Reporting:
– Oversee the analysis of campaign performance data, providing insightful reports and actionable recommendations to clients.
– Ensure all campaigns meet or exceed defined KPIs and business objectives.
– Present results and strategic next steps to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Job Requirement
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a client-facing Account Director or Senior Account Manager role
– Proven track record of managing and growing significant client accounts.
– Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.
– Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools.
– Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
– Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and market dynamics.
Priority
– Client-facing Account Director or Senior Account Manager role within an advertising or digital agency.
– Experience working with both local Cambodian and international clients is a strong plus.
– Exceptional strategic planning abilities with a focus on delivering measurable business results for clients.
– Ability to translate complex digital concepts into clear, actionable strategies for clients.
– Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate strategies and results to senior client stakeholders.
