🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for real estate projects and marketing campaigns
- Design marketing materials, property listings, brochures, and presentations
- Prepare creative content for digital and print platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming and concept development
- Support project launches with professional visual storytelling
- Deliver design solutions that impact client perception and engagement
✅ Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools
- Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and visual communication
- Effective communication in Khmer and English
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and passion for design innovation
- Prior experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
