Job Description
• Assist the Director in developing and implementing operational strategies and support functions across all departments within the Functional Center.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure timely execution of key projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with department managers (HR, Admin, Finance, IT, Legal, etc.) to track performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support problem-solving.
• Ensure internal processes, policies, and controls are effectively designed, documented, and followed.
• Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards across support units.
• Support the digitalization and automation of internal systems to improve workflow and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Provide coaching and development to department teams and contribute to talent retention.
• Serve as acting Director in their absence and represent the Functional Center in cross functional meetings when required.
• Prepare reports and analyses to assist in strategic decision-making.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations or functional management roles.
• Strong understanding of core business functions such as HR, Finance, Admin, IT, and Legal.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and project coordination.
• Proven ability to streamline operations and implement process improvements.
• Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
