This position serves as the key link between Dahua and channel customers, providing expert technical guidance, training, and project support. The role ensures smooth product implementation, enhances customer capabilities, and promotes Dahua’s technology and brand in Cambodia.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
1. Introduce new product features to channel customers, and assist them in product
selection and configuration.
2. Recommend suitable product models based on customers’ BOQ lists and specific
requirements.
3. Provide timely technical support to resolve customer issues.
4. Conduct training for channel customers’ technical staff to enhance their technical
capabilities.
5. Gather and consolidate customer feedback and product demands, and report them to the
product department for improvement.
6. Support sales by tracking project progress, assessing risks, and proposing effective
solutions.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to promote Dahua’s technology and brand concepts, enhance customer understanding of Dahua products, and collect market feedback.

Required Skills:
1) Experience in technical support related to networking, communications, computer systems, or similar fields.
2) Prior experience in CCTV systems is highly preferred; familiarity with camera and
DVR/NVR setup and connection is an advantage.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with common network diagnostic tools (e.g.,
Sniffer, NCOM), as well as router, switch, and IP configuration.
4) Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or engineering roles.
5) Strong command of English in reading, writing, speaking, and listening; Chinese
proficiency is a strong plus.
6) Experience in delivering product presentations or training is an advantage.
7) Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other
related technical fields.
