POSITION SUMMARY
This position is the key link between our company and dealer partners. You’ll ensure excellent service standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving growth across both after-sales and dealer management functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer’s Service Operations
- Support dealers to improve service quality, performance, and customer retention
- Resolve service claims and operational issues efficiently
- Ensure dealers have the right tools, facilities, and systems, with necessary dealer visits, audits, and compliance checks
Dealer Performance, Customer Satisfaction & Market Development
- Monitor dealer sales and service performance, supporting campaigns and activities
- Track and analyze KPIs, customer retention, and service units to implement improvement strategies
- Conduct performance reviews through dealer visits and provide consulting for operational excellence
- Identify weaknesses or gaps within dealerships and execute effective solutions
- Engage dealers to enhance customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute service marketing campaigns (seasonal promotions, mobile service, new opportunities)
- Monitor competitors and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Spare Parts & Warranty Management
- Manage spare parts distribution to dealers
- Handle warranty-related issues with the manufacturer
Strategic & Administrative Support
- Prepare reports on dealer performance and market trends
- Support departmental projects and initiatives
- Manage daily administrative and reporting tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or related field
- More than 3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealer management
- Good to advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Age between 25 – 35 years old
- Strong leadership skills
Priority Considerations:
- Knowledge of automotive service operations, spare parts management, or warranty processes
- Ability to speak Japanese, Chinese, or another foreign language is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build strong dealer relationships

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour break)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
