Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the HR Department in preparation of the documents, date organizing and plays a key role in better recruiting practices.
– Organization, folder, and listing of historical data (e.g., information on outstanding candidates, CVs, etc.)
– Market analysis of candidates’ current and expected salaries, calculation of actual salary increase and accumulation of data
– Data entry assistance (e.g., attaching links to lists after job proposals)
– Headhunting of excellent candidates based on the above data and overall SNS operation (Linked in, other SNS, etc.)
– Research and trial practice for the introduction of the latest AI technology into business operations (chatGPT etc)
Job Requirement
– Students / Fresh graduates are welcome
– Able to use PC at basic level and willing to learn new applications(e.g. chatGPT)
– Able to communicate and express own-self in English at advanced
– Good team worker and time-management skills

– Experience with Data Entry/Researching and Google workspace.
