Position Summary
This is an office-based role supporting dealer sales performance, data analysis, and business improvement. The position works closely with dealers and internal teams to enhance sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
Job Description
Dealer Sales Operations Support
- Support dealers to improve sales consultant performance and vehicle sales volume
- Conduct dealer visits, audits, and compliance checks
- Support dealer sales campaigns and follow up monthly sales targets
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze dealer data from Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Track KPIs such as sales, service performance, and inventory turnover
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel
- Support sales forecasting and basic product planning
Dealer Performance & Business Support
- Monitor dealer sales and after-sales performance
- Support performance reviews and improvement action plans
- Consolidate dealer data for reporting to management
Training, Coordination & Market Support
- Support training activities for dealer staff
- Coordinate between dealers and internal departments
- Monitor market and competitor information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- English: Good to Advanced level
- Strong PC skills (Excel required)
- Age: 25 – 35 years old
