Job Description
– Making Invoice packing list/Re-Inv PL of import for processing clearance
– Checking Invoice packing list & Bill when received pre-alert from OPS (AFF, OFF, CBT, etc…)
– Making Authorized letter, permit for apply & Best trader for apply letter to customs (Airport, SHV port, PP port, etc…)
– Contact all OPS & all Customer for inquiry
– Record daily report (Daily shipment, Receipt IM9/4/6 etc.)
– Prepare support import documents (Scan, Rename & Save in PC)
– Check IM9/6/4 when received from Customs & Finding IM8 with receipt IM8 combine into IM9/6/4
– Collect support import documents for make proof of releasing letter to customers check & sign pass by my team
– Supporting team
– Follow up with team
– Assist upper level-Management, Senior Manager, Director
– Notice HS Code into Inv PL for register IM9/6
– Typing IM9 into Asycuda for register IM9/6/4 as possible, if other staff not available
– Making calculation sheet for register IM9/6 for some shipments
– Making delivery order for unloading cargo, when others staff not available for make it
– Making letter overtime for loading & unloading cargo
– Learn & teaching from team.
Job Requirement
– Experience in Logistics Company
– Good to advanced level in English
– Be able to work in PPSEZ
– Have computer skills: Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and Email.
