Job Description

– Ensure to the accurate preparation of clearance documentation.
– Handle for processing the customs import and export formality clearance.
– Responsible for input the customs declaration in the system.
– Liaise with customs officials on specific formality clearance process for cargo releasing.
– Coordinate with Terminal Operator of shipment transshipment.
– To ensure the accurate of duty and taxes calculation
– To ensure the compliance with the customs laws, regulations, procedure for avoid any offends.
– To develop and maintain good relationship with team members and relevant authorities for smooth to the job implementation.
– Ensure the proactive and prevention to any unexpected mistakes or problems for avoid any possible delay.

Job Requirement

– Working experience at least 1 year in logistics field
– Bachelor Degree or above
– Good to advanced level of English
– Able to use Microsoft office.
– Have good attitude towards work, be able to tackle difficult tasks with sincerity.
– Be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and public holiday).
– Have knowledge of import and export customs clearance process, and required documentation
– Excellent listening and questioning skills

Priority

– Able to speak daily conversation level of Japanese is a plus
– Able to Systematic approach (IT) is a plus
– Holding customs broker license is plus
– Able to use in declaration entry into ASYCUDA system.
