Job Description
– Pick up client calls and text messages in a timely manner.
– Make appointments with clients to provide company information.
– Consult with clients to assess their visa needs and eligibility.
– Advise clients on the required documentation and visa application process.
– Assist clients with completing the visa application form and gathering the necessary documentation.
– Receive and review submitted documents from clients.
– Follow up on incomplete documents.
– Back-office work job responsibilities:
– Scan hard-copy documents and save them in a digital folder.
– Assisting interviews between clients and employers.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest visa requirements and procedures.
– Translating documents and other materials.
Job Requirement
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Khmer and English.
– Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts effectively.
– Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong organizational skills and time management.
– Previous administrative experience is required.
– Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– English and Khmer, other language is a plus.
