Job Description
– Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for residents and visitors
– Follow up with residents regarding internet installation, extension, and troubleshooting
– Assist residents with unpaid utility bills and report to the line supervisor
– Manage and control key inventories for occupied AMA units
– Manage and control key inventories for occupied and vacant ELA units
– Coordinate key exchanges with other departments
– Assist Senior Customer Service with Chinese-speaking customers
– Accompany Senior Customer Service during customer unit viewings
– Assist in preparing paperwork related to notice letters for unpaid management fees
– Assist the Accountant with residents making payments (if applicable)
– Assist the Operations team with translation or communication in Chinese (if applicable)
– Participate in unit move-in/move-out inspections with other departments
– Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Customer Service Manager
– Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree or student could be acceptable
– Resourceful, independent and self-directed
– Ability to work under pressure
– MS Office familiarity
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Chinese and English.
