POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service (Indonesian Speaking) staff.
The role involves promoting products and services, delivering clear and accurate information, and building relationships with customers and communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a female candidate fluent in Indonesian who wishes to grow in the financial services industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service based on good communication and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and local authorities.
- Collect customer feedback and competitor information to support service improvement.
- Maintain accurate documents and transaction records in compliance with internal policies.
- Answer customer questions and provide product/service information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female, age between 20–30 years old.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English or Khmer.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or MFI.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking Management or equivalent (Fresh graduates or 4th-year students are also welcome).
Priority: Candidates with banking/MFI background preferred.
Language Requirements: Good English, Good Indonesian
