Job Description
– Fill out business handover forms.
– Inquire and provide quotations.
– Book shipments for U.S. routes.
– Coordinate booking plans with the documentation team.
– Provide booking feedback to clients.
– Handle client communication, including inquiries, booking/vehicle arrangements, and abnormal or rollover issues.
– Arrange vehicle dispatch plans.
– Enter accounts receivable data.
– Track customs clearance progress.
Job Requirement
– Work experience in ocean freight logistics customer service or operations; proficiency in Chinese.
– Proficient in Word and Excel.
– Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills.
– Able to use English and Chinese.
