Job Description
– Respond to customer emails with questions or orders regarding services or Cambodia.
– Respond to questions and troubleshooting from customers once they arrive on site in Cambodia.
– Respond to inquiries from the head office in a prompt and courteous manner.
– Provide after-sales support to serviced customers in case of problems.
– Conduct research on the latest information regarding local information.
– Support customers to open bank accounts in Cambodia
– Responsible for visiting and attending to local properties as needed.
– Other tasks assigned by manager or the head office in Japan.
Job Requirement
– Fresh graduates, university students are welcome.
– JP level (N2 level or above, speaking & reading)
– Basic level in English
– Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, email etc.)
– Cheerful and open minded personality
– Able to go outside as needed to attend clients’ visit
Priority
– Good level in English is an advantage
– Bachelor’s degree of Japanese, marketing, business administration etc
– Working experience under Japanese
– Having the JLPT N2 or above.
