Job Description
– Conduct thorough market research to understand current market trends, rental rates, tenant preferences and competitive properties
– Maintain positive relationships with landlords, and address their concerns promptly
– Provide regular reports to owners, keeping them informed on market updates, advising on rental trends, tenant preferences, and potential lease adjustments
– Ensure that all the landlords under Asset Management Service have registered accounts in the unit management system
– Negotiate lease terms on behalf of the landlord, securing favorable conditions and protecting the landlord’s interests. Draft comprehensive lease agreements that adhere to legal requirements and safeguard the property
– Monitor the property’s condition, maintenance, and performance, tracking vacancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and financial metrics and maximize efficiency. Provide regular reports to landlords, keeping them informed about the property’s status and market conditions
– Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
– Reporting to the line manager
– Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree or student could be acceptable
– Fluent in both Chinese and English
– Having experience in customer service at least 1 year up (Real Estate Industry)
– Good communication and friendly
– Hard-working and flexible.
