Job Description

Export:
– Prepares consolidation with customer’s document, airway bills and any other documentation that necessary to complete for export transaction.
– Distributes documents to appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo.
– Provide documents for Pre-Alert
– Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient and according to regulations of internal/external procedures. Inputs data into the system to create files document export transmission, invoice to a client, and shipment track to trade update.
– Assists in tracking and following up cargo to the airport to ensure prompt delivery of shipments.
– Billing & Monitor invoices and weekly & monthly PDCA.

Import:
– Responsible of overall import operations both customers in PPSEZ & outside PPSEZ
– Communicate with customers & coordinate with customers team members to ensure smoothly arrangement and commit delivery to customer on time.
– Plan to most appropriate lead time for shipment customs team members to ensure smoothly arrangement and commit delivery to customer on time
– Keep learning from leader if new SOP or new company policies
– Assist in tracking and following up cargo to customer’s door to ensure prompt delivery of shipments.
– Billing & monitor invoices and weekly & Monthly PDCA

Secondary Responsibilities:
– Other related tasks as assigned
– Post invoice trucking from supplier

Job Requirement

– Experience in Logistics Company with Import & Export more than 2 years
– Advanced level in English
– Have computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook and Email.

– Be able to work under pressure environment
– Be willing to learn new things, honest and hard working.
