Position Summary
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to customers at Dream Games Aeon II. This role involves assisting customers, communicating effectively with both customers and staff, handling service-related issues, and supporting daily operations.

- Working Hours: 14:00 – 23:00
- Working Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at Dream Game Aeon II
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle service-related issues professionally
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Work during weekends and public holidays as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Grade 12
- Age: 18 – 25 (Female only)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Honest, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fast learner and able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic English proficiency; able to read and write

Benefits & Allowances
- Basic Salary: $210 + Transportation & Phone Allowance $40 = $250
- 1 day off per week
- 18 days paid leave after 1 year of employment (per Cambodia Labor Law)
- Training period: 1 month at $208 (during training)
