Job Description
1. Routine after service on Panasonic brand at the service center.
– Responsible customer service claim for both onside and walk-in.
– Problem analysis and do troubleshooting through phone with installer or customer.
– Prepare quality product information sheet after repair and share to direct supervisor.
– Prepare own KPI to support company direction or goal.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide first call resolution to build more loyal customer.
– Maintain records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities
– Prepare weekly and monthly, report to supervisor and manager.
2. VRF service support (VRF in warranty service claim)
– Provide on-site support for B2B projects after received job assigned from supervisor or manager.
– Coordinate with the engineering team to address complex issues that arise during B2B projects
– Collaborate with Engineer team to ensure seamless project customer satisfaction.
– Preparation of reports and documentation for project reviews and report to Engineer Manager
Job Requirements
– At least 2 years experience with electronic product repairing and priority for Room AC, Package AC, and VRF
– Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (RAC,PAC,WM,Fridge,VRF…)
– Knowledgeable in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various AC systems, including VRF.
– Understand principle of electronic product repairing.
– Ability to provide customer service and handle customer inquiries
– Familiarity with service center operations and procedures
– Bachelor degree of AC related major
– Able to travel to outside city or provinces.
– English, good in writing and speaking is a must.
– Can work under pressure, hard work, honest, flexible and teams work.
Priority
– Able to speak other languages is a plus
– Have Claim handling capability.
