Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Engineer to handle technical support and service requests for customers. The ideal candidate will provide timely troubleshooting, manage service records, and maintain high-quality customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service claims for both on-site and walk-in cases.
- Analyze problems and perform troubleshooting via phone or on-site with installers or customers.
- Prepare Quality Product Information Sheets after each repair and share with supervisors.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide first-call resolution to build customer trust.
- Maintain accurate service records, including repair logs, spare part usage, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly service reports for submission to supervisors and managers.
- Set and monitor personal KPIs in alignment with service quality goals.
- Support continuous improvement of service quality and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product servicing, technical support, or customer service, preferably with electrical or home appliances.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English.

- Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday (Rotation)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
