Job Description
– Follow-up and track record of shipped parcels on the system to get successful delivery
– Work with delivery couriers and other teams to handle customer parcels
– Maintain up-to-date information on the system
– Check and update stock-list.
Job Requirement
– At least 1 year of experience in customer support or related to position
– Basic communication in English
– Good customer service skills (Oral & Written)
– Proficient in Computer skills (Excel/Google sheet).
