Job Description

Develop Customer Relations Management Strategies:
– Planning and developing customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Monitoring and improving customer communications for maximum effectiveness.
– Collaborate with Data Analyst for analyzing customer data to understand purchasing behavior and trends.
– Collaborate with internal team such as sales and marketing team to organize the event.
– Preparing reports and analyzing the performance of CRM campaigns, providing suggestions for improvements.

Build Customer Relationships:
– Coordinating with various teams to provide efficient customer service and respond quickly to customer needs.
– Tracking and evaluating customer satisfaction, presenting methods for improvement.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
– Hands-on 0-2 years experience in customer relations or marketing.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office suits including Excel and PowerPoint.
– Potentiality to manage projects be able to work as a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Able to work upcountry.
